Summary
ClearCaptions (promoted via Lensa) is an FCC-certified phone captioning provider focused on helping seniors and people who are hard-of-hearing stay connected through near real-time captioning technology.
The Marketing Coordinator supports day-to-day execution of marketing programs by keeping projects organized, coordinating stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring creative assets and campaign deliverables are delivered on time across channels.
What you'll do
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and task assignments for marketing campaigns across online/offline channels and cross-functional teams.
- Track milestones, flag risks, and ensure campaign materials are delivered on schedule.
- Maintain campaign calendars, status sheets, and team documentation.
- Support development of project briefs and coordinate asset production with internal teams/partners.
- Manage file organization, naming conventions, versioning, and brand compliance for marketing assets.
- Assist with creative/content reviews for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Facilitate collaboration on strategy, copywriting, design, and development; provide proofreading and production support as needed.
- Support UAT related to marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
- Coordinate product photo shoots, video production, and other content creation needs.
- Distribute updated materials to internal teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Experience, Product).
- Work with Marketing leadership, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Legal to support ongoing projects and stakeholder alignment.
- Attend meetings and prepare agendas, recaps, and follow-up notes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project support, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision; self-starter with strong time management.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and productivity/collaboration tools (Microsoft 365/Office, MS Teams).
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, SharePoint, and Figma.
- Understanding of creative workflows, brand guidelines, and basic marketing analytics.
- Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated discretion, sound judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be authorized to work in the US; no current or future visa sponsorship available.
Conditions
- 100% remote (work from home).
- Hourly pay range: $22–$27/hour.
- Flexible hours required; travel up to 5% (including some overnight travel).
