Social Media Coordinator

Contemplative Psychology is hiring a Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow its social media presence across key platforms. The role supports marketing initiatives by building brand awareness, engaging audiences, and improving reach through content, community management, and reporting.

• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok).
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and performance metrics.
• Assist in developing social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and posts.
• Prepare social media reports and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.

• Preferred: experience or internship in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
