Video Podcast Producer

Minute Media (FanSided network) is seeking a sports-obsessed Video Podcast Producer to lead the production and packaging of video podcast series across YouTube and social platforms. This role owns end-to-end execution from concept and booking through recording, editing, and distribution to drive audience growth and create must-watch sports content.

• Lead show development and ideation, including episode structure, concepts, segment hooks, and creative direction.
• Manage editorial and guest strategy by researching guests, building a booking pipeline, and preparing host briefs.
• Own the production schedule and calendar to ensure timely delivery from planning through social clip distribution.
• Direct and support hosts during recordings to capture high-impact soundbites and maintain editorial quality.
• Oversee packaging and growth strategy, including visual brand direction, thumbnail A/B testing, and SEO-driven titles.
• Run the full production lifecycle: recording, streaming, publishing, and supervising the master edit for pacing and quality.
• Drive short-form output by identifying moments and overseeing creation of high-retention vertical clips for Shorts/Reels/TikTok.
• Troubleshoot recording issues, manage file workflows, and step into editing as needed.

• 3–5 years of experience with a strong portfolio of digital video work, especially in podcasting and social media.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Audition, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of major video and social platforms and best practices for each.
• Deep sports literacy and familiarity with sports storylines and culture.
