Middle/Senior User Acquisition Manager

Applyft is a Ukrainian product company with a 5M monthly active user base launching a new Mental Health venture. We are seeking a Middle/Senior User Acquisition Manager to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple paid marketing channels and directly influence business growth.

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google, TikTok, and other paid marketing channels
• Develop, oversee, and optimize campaigns to meet and exceed target volumes and ROMI
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with data-driven insights
• Optimize resource allocation through A/B testing and analytics-based refinements
• Collaborate with creative team on assets and promotional materials
• Conduct marketing and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies

• 2+ years in user acquisition or performance marketing with proven success managing significant advertising budgets
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in A/B testing and data analysis
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Experience with mobile app and web funnel user acquisition
• Proficiency with AppsFlyer and Tableau
• Intermediate English level or higher
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with creative and analytical mindset
