National Account Executive

Fetch is a last-mile off-site package delivery platform for apartment communities that helps property managers solve the package problem while improving the resident delivery experience. The National Account Executive maintains and expands relationships with national customers to drive satisfaction and revenue growth. The role partners with sales leadership using a bottom-up approach to complement top-down strategy.

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing national customers, ensuring needs and expectations are met professionally and on time.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to expand partnerships horizontally and vertically within customer organizations.

• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with internal departments to deliver swift, effective solutions.

• Work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, operations, and customer success to meet and exceed customer requirements.

• Provide regular account status updates to sales leadership, including challenges, opportunities, and risks.

• Conduct regular client check-ins and share routine updates about services.

• Contribute to proposals and presentations for existing clients.

• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions impacting customer relationships and strategy.

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role in sales or account management.

• Experience working within the multifamily industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong understanding of customer requirements and market trends.

• Ability to work independently, manage large and diverse customer portfolios, and prioritize effectively.

• Ability to travel as required to meet clients or attend industry events.
