Performance Marketing Specialist / User Acquisition Manager

OneFunded Academy is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to build and scale the acquisition strategy for their educational platform focused on financial literacy and trading education. You will own paid acquisition across major channels, manage substantial marketing budgets, and drive growth for a core product within the global OneFunded ecosystem.

• Build and scale the User Acquisition function for an education/subscription product
• Own paid acquisition across Meta and Google with testing of new platforms
• Design and optimize educational funnels (lead magnet to free content to paid education)
• Lead and develop the UA function with a clear path toward Head of Acquisition
• Establish structured media buying and experimentation frameworks
• Work closely with content, product, and analytics teams to improve activation, retention, and LTV
• Manage and scale large marketing budgets ($1M+ monthly) with focus on CAC and unit economics
• Implement automation and tooling to improve speed, attribution, and cross-team collaboration

• Strong background in B2C subscription or education products (EdTech, FinEd, SaaS, coaching platforms)
• Proven experience managing $1M+ monthly ad spend
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Solid analytical mindset and confidence with Google Sheets, dashboards, and product analytics
• Deep understanding of user psychology in learning products
• Ability to work both strategically and hands-on
• English level B2+
• Nice to have: EdFunnel scaling experience, additional paid channels (TikTok, YouTube), global markets knowledge, trading/finance education background
