These professionals will participate in the full investment lifecycle and gain exposure to underwriting a wide range of industries, companies, and transaction types. Given our lean deal team structure, Analysts and Associates take on meaningful responsibilities and work directly with senior investment team members.  **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the evaluation of new investment opportunities across a variety of sectors and deal types * Conduct financial modeling, market research, and competitive analysis * Assist in due diligence, deal execution, and preparation of investment materials * Participate in portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives * Collaborate closely with senior investment professionals and external partners **Candidate Profile** * \~1\-4 years of relevant work experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or related field * Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred) * Strong personal or professional ties to the Los Angeles area * High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, integrity, and work ethic * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Knowledge of finance theory and accounting principles and deep understanding of valuation methodologies * Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to work independently * Interest in working across industries and transaction types in a dynamic, small\-team setting * Sector experience not necessary
