Summary

UnitedMasters (including its in-house creative advertising agency, Translation) is building a marketplace connecting artists, brands, and fans, and produces culture-shaping brand work. The Producer will join Translation’s McDonald’s team to manage and execute content-driven campaigns from pre-pro through final wrap, delivering high-quality work on time and on budget.

What you'll do

  • Represent Translation within McDonald’s Integrated Agency Team (IAT) and collaborate with other agency producers to execute Tier 2 and Tier 3 campaign work (unique or direct adaptations).

  • Lead small-to-mid-sized campaigns and manage all phases of production with oversight as needed.

  • Partner cross-functionally to align creative solutions with production realities.

  • Build and manage production calendars, track timelines, and coordinate milestones from concept through delivery.

  • Own production budgeting, including estimates, reconciliations, and wrap documentation.

  • Evaluate concepts for feasibility and recommend production approaches.

  • Source, assess, and negotiate with vendors and production partners.

  • Manage productions to ensure quality, efficiency, and creative alignment.

  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and wrap procedures.

  • Champion inclusive production practices by supporting underrepresented creators and collaborators.

  • Travel for productions and attend post sessions as required.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of production experience, preferably within a creative or culture-focused agency.

  • Portfolio demonstrating small and mid-sized productions with increasing responsibility and ownership.

  • Ability to translate high-level creative concepts into tangible deliverables.

  • Proven capability to independently manage campaigns of varying scale and complexity.

  • Strong communication skills; ability to build trust with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

  • Comfort presenting production approaches, costs, and risks/challenges.

  • Ability to adapt quickly under pressure and solve problems in real time.

  • Familiarity with union and non-union production, including SAG and non-SAG talent.

  • Exceptional organization and multitasking, with precision in budgeting and scheduling.

  • Team-oriented and aligned with agency mission and values.

  • Preferred: performance marketing production experience.

  • Preferred: familiarity with emerging media formats and platforms.

  • Preferred: demonstrated commitment to cultural relevance, inclusivity, and innovation.

Conditions

  • Location: Brooklyn, New York.

  • Hybrid schedule: four days in-office and one day remote.

  • After-hours work required for shoots and post.

  • Overnight travel required as needed for shoots and post sessions.

  • Compensation includes potential additional rewards such as bonus, stock options, and 401(k) match (as referenced).
