ItGirl Production Intern

Barstool Sports is hiring an ItGirl Production Intern to support the summer production and growth of the It Girl show and brand. The intern will assist with studio and live broadcast logistics, create and optimize social clips, and help with post-production and brand integrations.

• Assist in production of ItGirl, including studio setup, live broadcast logistics, and supporting the creative process for episodes.
• Clip and edit key moments for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube) and optimize content for engagement and viral reach.
• Collaborate with the social team to brainstorm and execute content ideas to grow It Girl’s online presence.
• Support post-production workflows, including light audio editing, creating graphics, and preparing content for publishing.
• Assist with branding and sponsorship integrations across episodes and social content.
• Help execute production for live events and activations aligned with the It Girl brand.
• Work in-office Monday–Friday and provide flexibility for live events and occasional weekend coverage as needed.

• Strong interest in pop culture, social media trends, and the ItGirl brand.
• Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools; experience creating short-form social content.
• Understanding of podcast production, including basic audio editing and publishing workflows.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop content aligned with the It Girl voice and audience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.

• Dates: May 26 to August 28.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week; flexibility for live events and occasional weekend coverage.

• Location: 100% in-office.

• Pay rate: $17.00/hr.
