Summary
Snappt is a remote-first PropTech company building an Applicant Trust Platform to help multifamily operators prevent fraud and approve renters with confidence. The Event Specialist (Event Coordinator) will execute and scale Snappt’s events program by managing logistics, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting lead tracking and brand impact through trade shows, customer events, and conferences.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end logistics for regional trade shows and customer-led events.
- Manage shipping, vendor coordination, asset tracking, and occasional travel bookings.
- Partner with Sales and Account Managers to support sponsorships and customer events.
- Track asset submission deadlines and ensure timely delivery of event materials.
- Oversee onsite execution for select events to ensure brand alignment and a seamless attendee experience.
- Support post-event lead tracking and workflow management within Salesforce.
- Coordinate event-related Sendoso usage, including monitoring inventory, budgets, and shipments of swag and field assets.
- Track invoices, manage submissions, and support event-related budget reconciliation.
- Help refine and maintain scalable event processes as event volume increases.
- Ensure all event materials adhere to brand and messaging standards.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience supporting corporate trade shows, conferences, or field marketing programs (B2B or SaaS preferred).
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Comfortable managing complex projects including logistics, shipping, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Experience with fulfillment or gifting platforms (Sendoso is a plus).
- Ability to travel within the U.S. for select events.
- Experience in the multifamily industry is a strong plus.
Conditions
- Remote-first with no central office.
- Strong preference for candidates based in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area or Denver, Colorado due to event density and travel requirements.
- Other U.S. locations may be considered if located near a major airport.
- Travel within the U.S. for select events.
