Senior Sales Manager (iGaming)

Hantix is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to sell retargeting solutions to operators, affiliates, and media companies in the gambling industry. The role involves building client relationships, identifying business objectives, and leading deals from initial contact through campaign launch.

• Sell retargeting solutions to operators, affiliate and media companies in the gambling industry
• Build trusting relationships with clients and identify their objectives and needs for retention, reactivation, and upsell
• Formulate and present individual offers tailored to client needs
• Lead deals from first contact to signing and launching campaigns
• Actively participate in industry events, conferences and networking activities
• Work in conjunction with media buying, account and tech teams

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales of digital services, especially in Retargeting or Programmatic
• Understanding of sales funnel and basic advertising models (CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL)
• Knowledge of retargeting including segmentation, frequency, attribution, and pixels
• Ability to persuade, present, negotiate and handle objections
• Experience with CRM and Google Workspace
• English language proficiency B2 level or higher
