Creative Marketing Team Lead

United Tech is seeking a Creative Marketing Team Lead to own the creative strategy for paid traffic performance across high-growth products in US/UK/CA/AU markets. This leadership role offers the freedom to drive bold initiatives, make independent decisions, and build a creative team from the ground up in a fast-paced, bureaucracy-free environment focused on social networking and live-streaming products.

• Deliver ad creative concepts and iterations aligned with key KPIs for multiple products
• Support and improve the creative production pipeline in collaboration with User Acquisition Managers
• Manage and grow the Creative Marketing team, including Designers and Creative Marketing Managers
• Plan and coordinate team workflows to ensure timely and effective output
• Track and report on the performance of creatives and team members
• Set up and maintain efficient creative marketing processes
• Develop and refine testing methodology for ad creatives to improve performance and scalability
• Motivate the team through regular meetings, feedback sessions, and performance checkpoints

• 1+ year of experience leading a creative marketing team of 3 or more people
• Basic understanding of User Acquisition and Performance Marketing
• Proven experience in generating and developing creative concepts
• Solid workload management and deadline adherence
• Hands-on experience with creative testing approaches
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
• Strategic thinking with focus on achieving product KPIs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• English level B2+
• Team-oriented mindset
• Plus: Experience with video chat or live-streaming products
