Sales Development Representative (Polish Market)

Ringostat is a Ukrainian AI-powered business platform providing telephony, call tracking, and call analytics tools trusted by over 2,300 companies including Peugeot and Mercedes-Benz. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative for the Polish market to handle warm inbound leads and qualify potential clients. This role offers an opportunity to work with large-scale projects and expand our presence in Poland.

• Handle warm inbound leads including calls, registrations, and online chat
• Qualify potential clients and determine alignment with ideal customer profile
• Identify client needs and schedule demo presentations for the team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Meet SLA targets for response speed standards and KPIs

Hard Skills:

• Fluent Polish (spoken and written - C1/C2 level)
• English B2 level or higher

Soft Skills:

• Proactivity and persistence in tackling challenging tasks
• Strong organization and responsibility
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to change
• Empathy and understanding of client needs

Preferred:

• B2B/B2C sales experience
• Knowledge of SPIN and BANT methodologies
• Knowledge of negotiation techniques

Schedule & Location: Flexible working hours between 8:00-10:00 AM start and 17:00-19:00 PM finish. Fully remote or office-based in Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, or Cherkasy.
