Senior Sales Manager

Dataweb Global Group is an international hosting and IaaS provider seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth through direct sales channels and partner networks. The role focuses on attracting new clients and partners while ensuring effective resource utilization to achieve business objectives.

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategy covering direct sales channels and partner network growth
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, potential customers, and strategic partners
• Identify, attract, and onboard new partners including resellers, system integrators, and IT providers
• Deliver product presentations to potential clients and partners demonstrating service value and advantages
• Actively acquire new corporate clients and expand market presence through partner ecosystem scaling
• Monitor market trends, customer and partner feedback, and competitive landscape
• Manage sales and partner development budget with focus on efficient resource allocation

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions at IT service companies with proven track record in direct B2B sales and partner channel development
• Technical expertise in IT infrastructure principles, network architecture, dedicated servers, CDN, and cloud services (preferred)
• In-depth expertise in B2B sales and marketing with knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies
• Experience attracting and developing partners such as resellers, integrators, and IT providers
• Ability to conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations for corporate clients
• Experience managing sales budgets and partner development with focus on resource utilization and business goals
• Proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel regularly within Europe
