Summary
Red Bull is hiring a Musketeer to own On Premise sales and marketing across nightlife venues and local events. The role builds the brand through relationships with clubs, bars, restaurants, and key influencers while driving mutually beneficial growth with customers. You will act as a local market expert and trusted business partner to keep Red Bull leading in the On Premise channel.
What you'll do
- Represent Red Bull as a brand ambassador across restaurants, bars, clubs, festivals, and exclusive events.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers and business partners to build brand affinity.
- Build a strong personal reputation in the local scene using deep knowledge of nightlife and trends.
- Take full responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing activities within the assigned market.
- Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and win new business for Red Bull.
- Develop and deploy strategies and tools to deliver effective sales pitches.
- Strengthen long-term relationships with established customers and create new alliances with influencers and industry experts.
- Use sales and negotiation skills to drive earnings growth for both customers and Red Bull and exceed goals.
- Develop creative solutions and innovative marketing approaches to maintain channel leadership.
- Negotiate strong partnership agreements to build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Established contacts in nightlife/hospitality industry or ability and desire to build them quickly.
- Preferred experience in beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality/catering, marketing, sales, or entrepreneurship.
- Strong ability to use iPhones/iPads, custom applications, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays; comfortable working autonomously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes; ability to analyze sales and customer data and develop high-value initiatives.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa holder).
Conditions
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Base salary range: $69,000–$103,500 per year plus cash incentives (offers vary by experience).
