Summary
WWE, part of TKO Group Holdings, is a global sports entertainment company producing year-round original content for a worldwide audience. The Social Media Road Production Assistant creates and publishes social-first video content for WWE Performance Center-related brands and talent. The role supports end-to-end social content production, event coverage, and performance-driven iteration across platforms.
What you'll do
Pitch and generate original social content for brands including WWE NXT, WWE Recruit, and WWE ID.
Own end-to-end execution of assigned social content from capture through publishing, ensuring timelines, quality, and delivery.
Ideate, produce, and capture social content for WWE Performance Center talent and executive social media accounts.
Provide social media coverage for events outside the WWE Performance Center, especially when local to the Orlando/Florida area.
Ensure content is produced and optimized for social media publishing across multiple platforms.
Coordinate priorities, schedules, and day-to-day social needs with key stakeholders across departments.
Collaborate with digital design, photography, editorial, and video production teams to support daily content creation.
Monitor performance, identify trends, and apply learnings to future content decisions.
Stay current with WWE programming, storylines, talent, brands, and products.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in digital/social video production (preferred: sports, entertainment, and/or television).
Proven background in content creation, video editing, and collaborating in the social media space.
Strong production and editing judgment with ability to independently conceive and publish compelling multi-platform content.
Proficiency with video production/editing tools such as Adobe Premiere and CapCut.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; impeccable grammar and diction.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong time management and multitasking; able to thrive under pressure.
Working knowledge of WWE shows and talent strongly preferred.
Ability to travel extensively (domestic and international) as required.
Conditions
Rotating, non-traditional schedule including nights and weekends.
Primary focus on day-to-day operations at the WWE Performance Center.
Travel required (domestic and international) based on business priorities.
