Content Strategy Coordinator

Roku is a leading TV streaming platform, connecting consumers, content publishers, and advertisers across the streaming ecosystem. The Content Strategy & Operations Coordinator supports the Content Monetization Strategy team by helping build, optimize, and launch sponsorship packages across sports, originals, licensed content, and tentpole programs. The role turns marketplace and sales insights into scalable, sales-facing offerings that drive advertiser value.

• Support the Content Strategy Manager in building and optimizing sponsorship packages.
• Collect marketplace intelligence, including competitive analysis, and synthesize sales feedback to inform new package recommendations.
• Create sales-facing sponsorship pages that document pricing, business rules, and packaging strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Measurement, Revenue Operations, Account Management, and Product Strategy & Operations; support sports communications with leagues as needed.
• Support go-to-market workstreams by creating GTM project plans, capturing action items, and keeping releases on track.
• Manage multiple parallel projects with strong organization and attention to detail to move teams toward package releases.
• Develop expertise across Roku’s sponsorship and non-sponsorship product suite to support package creation.
• Build business cases that convert marketplace and sales feedback into sponsorship opportunities for brands.

• 2–3 years of experience in media strategy, media planning, or media buying.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Solution-oriented, collaborative, and able to drive work forward.
• Self-motivated; able to create scalable, digestible outputs.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Media Radar.
• College degree or equivalent experience.

• Work model: Hybrid; in-office Monday through Thursday, with flexible remote Fridays (role/location dependent).
