Sales Onboarding Specialist

Seedify is a leading Web3 incubator and launchpad empowering innovators and builders in the blockchain space. As an Onboarding Specialist, you'll drive project intake and partnership development by identifying promising Web3 projects, leading sales conversations, and managing the full onboarding lifecycle from first contact to launchpad integration.

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify high-potential Web3 projects across different genres and engage founders via cold outreach, networking, and ecosystem connections
• Sales & Conversion: Pitch Seedify's value proposition clearly and persuasively, negotiate terms, and guide partners toward successful onboarding
• Onboarding Management: Manage and track onboarding workflows using Notion, Jira, and Telegram, ensuring seamless handoff to advisory, marketing, and launch teams
• Web3 & Launchpad Expertise: Advise partners on tokenomics, launchpad mechanics, and fundraising strategies while staying ahead of market trends
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure onboarding success and optimize project readiness

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles in Web3 or tech startups
• Deep understanding of launchpad operations (IDO and bonding curves models), tokenomics, project fundraising dynamics, and Web3 ecosystem trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented
• Proficient with Notion, Jira, and Telegram
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, decentralized team
• Bonus: Existing network of Web3 founders, launchpads, or crypto VCs; experience working inside a launchpad or incubator; familiarity with smart contracts and token deployments
