Brand Specialist

The Brand Specialist supports the development, execution, and optimization of brand strategies and campaigns to help clients stand out in competitive markets.

• Assist in developing and executing brand strategies and campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with sales, creative, and events teams to align brand messaging
• Support product launches, promotions, and brand activations
• Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare reports
• Maintain brand guidelines and oversee adherence internally and externally
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and partners

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a related role
• Strong understanding of brand positioning and customer engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing tools
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Preferred: Experience in a marketing agency or fast-paced environment
• Preferred: Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategy
