Summary
Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is hiring a VP, Creative Studio & Brand to lead the strategic and creative engine behind brand and business growth. This executive will connect Qualcomm’s brands with global audiences through differentiated strategy, compelling storytelling, and integrated, data-driven programs. The role is accountable for creative excellence and measurable brand/business impact across channels and partners.
What you'll do
- Set the creative vision and oversee end-to-end creative development and execution across the company, partnering with internal teams and external agencies.
- Serve as the “true north” for brand strategy and evolution, ensuring consistency and clarity across all touchpoints, teams, and partners.
- Deliver best-in-class creative solutions and executive presentations that elevate storytelling, maximize ROI, and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Product/BU Marketing, Corporate Communications, Growth Marketing & Enablement, and Regional Engagement.
- Partner on initiatives such as employer branding and on-site brand experiences.
- Build an internal creative powerhouse to reduce reliance on external agencies while increasing market and industry impact.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, accelerate production, and optimize team contribution and outcomes.
- Drive strategic storytelling across paid, shared, and owned channels, including executive communications, to improve brand and business KPIs.
- Develop and capitalize on strategic brand partnerships to grow awareness, build community, and propel Snapdragon toward iconic brand status.
- Deepen and activate Insiders communities to increase engagement, expand partner-fan reach, and identify revenue-generating opportunities.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive creative leadership across brand strategy, integrated campaigns, content, and production (minimum).
- Experience driving success at global technology or innovation-centric brands.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Preferred: 20+ years of progressive creative leadership experience.
- Preferred: MBA or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating breakthrough brand building, executive storytelling, and business impact.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and managing agencies/vendors at scale.
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business objectives into creative strategy.
- Fluency in data-driven creative optimization and familiarity with AI-enabled creative toolchains.
- Competencies: strategic execution, coaching & development, impactful innovation, clear communication, and ethical standards.
Conditions
- Compensation range listed: $273,600 to $410,400 annually, plus competitive annual discretionary bonus program and potential annual RSU grants (eligibility varies for sales-incentive plans).
