Marketing and Growth Specialist

Agento is a managed hosting platform for AI agents that enables founders and teams to deploy AI agents running 24/7 without technical skills. The company is early-stage, backed by real usage, and founded by the creator of Retently. We are seeking a Marketing and Growth Specialist to own marketing end-to-end, driving signups and conversions across multiple channels at this fast-growing startup.

• Plan and execute paid acquisition campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter/X
• Create content tailored for non-technical audiences including founders, PMs, solopreneurs, indie hackers, and marketing teams
• Develop and execute SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building
• Develop and test creative growth ideas independently
• Build presence in relevant communities such as indie hackers, AI enthusiasts, and SaaS founder communities
• Write landing page copy, email sequences, ad copy, and social media posts
• Track performance with analytics and iterate based on data
• Collaborate directly with the founder on positioning and go-to-market strategy

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
• Hands-on experience running PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
• Strong English writing skills with ability to write converting copy
• Proficiency with SEO tools and best practices such as Ahrefs or Semrush
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using analytics, A/B testing, and making decisions based on numbers
• Self-starter capable of working independently and taking full ownership
• Genuine interest in AI and the tools space

Work Environment: Small, distributed team based in Moldova, working remotely with no bureaucracy. You will work directly with the founder.
