Summary

SKIMS is a global apparel brand creating technically innovative, comfort-driven underwear, loungewear, shapewear, and essentials. The Creative Producer supports best-in-class creative execution across campaigns, e-commerce, and brand storytelling from concept through final delivery. This role partners with cross-functional teams and external talent to deliver on-brand assets optimized for multi-channel distribution.

What you'll do

  • Support end-to-end production across campaigns, e-commerce, and branded content from concept through final delivery.
  • Translate creative direction into production plans, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining brand standards.
  • Drive art buying efforts by sourcing and coordinating photographers, directors, stylists, and external partners.
  • Coordinate with legal and production leadership on contract execution, ensuring clarity on scope, usage, and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking timelines, budgets, and production workflows.
  • Own budget tracking and cost management to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Handle day-to-day production tasks including scheduling, call sheets, crew coordination, and on-set support.
  • Manage on-location production logistics including travel coordination, permitting, and vendor management.
  • Partner with creative, marketing, and digital teams to ensure cohesive execution across channels.
  • Oversee post-production workflows including editing, retouching, versioning, and asset delivery.
  • Maintain relationships with creative partners and vendors and help identify new talent.
  • Ensure assets are delivered on time, on brief, and optimized for e-commerce, social, and paid media.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of experience in creative production within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience supporting still and/or motion production with exposure to on-set environments.
  • Strong background in art buying and talent/vendor coordination.
  • Basic understanding of contracts, usage rights, and production agreements.
  • Experience managing timelines and budgets across multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of production and post-production workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, solutions-oriented, adaptable under pressure, hands-on and proactive, and comfortable working on-set and behind the scenes.
