Marketing Coordinator (100% Remote)
Summary
ClearCaptions (promoted via Lensa) is an FCC-certified phone captioning provider focused on improving communication for seniors and people who are hard-of-hearing. The Marketing Coordinator supports day-to-day execution of marketing programs and campaigns by keeping projects organized, coordinating stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of creative and content assets.
What you'll do
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and task assignments for marketing campaigns across online and offline channels and cross-functional teams.
- Track milestones, flag risks, and ensure campaign materials are delivered on schedule.
- Maintain campaign calendars, status sheets, and marketing team documentation.
- Support development of project briefs and partner with teams on asset production.
- Manage file organization, naming conventions, versioning, and brand compliance for creative assets.
- Assist in reviewing creative and content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Facilitate collaboration on strategy, copywriting, design, and development; provide proofreading, production support, and UAT support as needed.
- Coordinate product photo shoots, video production, and other content creation efforts.
- Distribute updated materials to internal teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Experience, Product).
- Work with Marketing leadership, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Legal to support ongoing projects and stakeholder alignment.
- Attend meetings and prepare agendas, recaps, and follow-up notes.
Requirements
Education: HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
Experience: 2+ years in marketing coordination, project support, or administrative work preferred.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Tools: experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) and tools such as Microsoft 365/Office, Salesforce, SharePoint, Figma; proficiency with MS Office and virtual communication tools (e.g., MS Teams).
Familiarity with creative workflows, brand guidelines, and basic marketing analytics.
Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; self-starter with strong time management.
Ability to collaborate in a results-driven, team-oriented environment; discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel up to 5% (including some overnight travel).
Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $22–$27 per hour (final pay based on qualifications, experience, and business needs).
