Summary
Railsware is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join the Coupler.io team, a data integration platform helping businesses automate data collection and reporting. In this hands-on role, you will drive product growth and demand generation initiatives end-to-end, experimenting with lead generation, product-led, and community-driven growth approaches while working closely with product and sales teams.
What you'll do
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive growth by exploring new channels, owning product positioning and messaging, and translating complex data-integration capabilities into clear narratives for technical and business audiences
- Act as key liaison between product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on roadmaps and market feedback
- Lead communication strategy including email drips, release notes, in-app announcements, and webinars centered on benefits-led storytelling
- Analyze product and marketing funnel, surface insights, and generate data-driven growth hypotheses to improve acquisition, activation, adoption, and retention
- Conduct customer development interviews and market research to understand customer needs, pain points, and buying journeys
- Present product vision, features, and benefits to internal stakeholders, industry events, and key customers
- Architect and run go-to-market plans for new features, pricing tiers, and geographies
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS products
- User acquisition experience with different marketing channels
- Experience driving growth through start-up and scale-up stages
- Proven track record managing demand generation campaigns with measurable impact
- Hands-on experience designing, launching, and scaling growth campaigns from 0 to 1
- Proficiency in designing and optimizing high-converting landing pages with structure, copy, CTAs, social proof, and A/B testing
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Looker Studio, Posthog, Amplitude, BI tools, and GA4
- Familiarity with customer-insight methodologies including JTBD, interviews, and surveys
- Strategic thinking with ability to develop long-term strategies and execute tactical plans
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Technical savviness and experience with technical products and APIs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, ETL, and data-integration tools
- Familiarity with PLG motions, usage-based pricing, and community-led growth
- Experience launching PPC campaigns via Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
