Entry Level Business Development Representative
Summary
Bisnow, a leading B2B media platform for the commercial real estate industry, is hiring an entry-level Business Development Representative (Sales Representative) to support its advertising and event sponsorship sales efforts. The role focuses on prospecting and engaging CRE marketing decision-makers to generate meetings, proposals, and contracts while learning Bisnow’s digital and live event products. This position offers a clear growth path toward Business Manager and building a book of business.
What you'll do
Establish and maintain relationships with marketing decision-makers across targeted commercial real estate markets.
Drive event sponsorship sales through in-depth prospecting research to source and confirm sponsor participation.
Consistently prospect new business to build a strong pipeline for the senior-level sales team.
Connect with prospects via phone and email; respond to inbound leads.
Support event production to help create sponsor-friendly programs aligned with client interests.
Brainstorm relevant event and content topic ideas based on industry trends.
Track and work toward individual and team KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly.
Document daily activities in Salesforce CRM.
Collaborate with the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle and expand reach into target accounts.
Work cross-functionally to support successful sponsorship, marketing, and financial performance of events.
Requirements
0–2 years of sales experience (internships, coursework, or early professional experience acceptable).
Ability to learn quickly and sell new digital and event products.
Entrepreneurial yet disciplined mindset; creative yet organized work style.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; demonstrated ability to excel in group environments.
Interest in developing into a client-facing sales role.
Strong interest in commercial real estate and in media/digital marketing solutions.
Receptive to feedback and constructive criticism.
Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced, frequently changing sales environment.
Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States; no employment visa sponsorship available.
Availability to start on July 6th.
Conditions
Hybrid schedule: in office 3–4 days per week and from home 1–2 days per week.
