Executive Assistant

Inspired Interiors is a dynamic interior design company creating inspiring, functional, and aesthetically stunning spaces. The Executive Assistant supports the CEO/Principal Designer while also driving digital marketing, social media, and PR initiatives to support brand growth. This remote role blends high-level executive support with strategic storytelling and marketing execution.

• Shadow the CEO, take initiative, and make executive decisions in their absence to achieve business results.

• Support team members on client projects as needed while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

• Coordinate logistics for events and company gatherings, including Circle of Ten dinners.

• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documentation.

• Maintain organized digital and physical files, project databases, and administrative records.

• Assist with public relations by drafting press releases, media communications, and event announcements.

• Support PR initiatives such as media outreach, influencer engagement, and tracking press coverage.

• Implement and maintain a social media/PR checklist to keep tasks, campaigns, and deadlines on track.

• Support social media posting as liaison between the owner and marketing team.

• Collaborate with the design team to showcase projects effectively online.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a Marketing/Social Media role.

• Experience in interior design or other creative industries (plus).

• Proficiency with social media platforms, content creation tools (e.g., Canva), and analytics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Construction experience (significant bonus).

• Must be original in content creation and not reliant on ChatGPT to create content.

• Dependable and shows up daily; takes initiative and anticipates needs without being prompted.

• Remote working environment.

• Compensation: $35.00 per hour.
