Marketing Assistant

Daice Labs is an MIT CSAIL-founded organization building hybrid AI systems that are adaptive, auditable, and governable by design. The Marketing Assistant supports research, campaigns, and customer communication to help plan and execute digital and traditional marketing initiatives in a fully remote, full-time role.

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior insights.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
• Maintain effective customer service communication with prospects and customers.
• Assist in developing and refining marketing strategies.
• Help implement both digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members in a remote working environment.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with market research and understanding consumer behavior.
• Knowledge of sales and sales & marketing strategies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within remote teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and software (plus).
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or related fields (advantageous).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
