Sales Closer (Amazon/E-commerce), Sales manager

AMS Pilot is a marketing agency specializing in helping brands grow profits on Amazon and TikTok Shop through data-driven strategies. The Sales Closer role involves conducting discovery calls, analyzing client accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and closing deals with mid-market eCommerce businesses. You will work with clients from the USA, UK, Europe, and Ukraine to build long-term partnerships focused on measurable results.

• Conduct sales and discovery calls with warm leads (inbound and qualified outbound)
• Analyze client Amazon and TikTok Shop accounts to identify growth opportunities
• Understand client pain points deeply and offer tailored solutions
• Manage deals in CRM including statuses, notes, and next steps
• Work closely with PPC strategists and audit specialists
• Close deals and guide clients toward confident cooperation start

Must-have:

• 2+ years of B2B or eCommerce sales experience, preferably with Amazon and/or TikTok Shop (Shopify or Etsy experience acceptable if Amazon experience is limited)
• Experience in consultative sales and closing mid-market deals
• English level B2 to C1
• Strong communication skills and business mindset
• High level of self-organization, proactivity, and ownership of results

Nice to have:

• Experience selling Amazon agency services
• Understanding of key metrics: ACOS, TACoS, BSR
• Hands-on experience with Helium10, DataDive, SQP
• Basic Amazon or TikTok Shop account analysis skills

• Fixed salary + 10-20% revenue-based commission (percentage increases with sales)
