Marketing Coordinator (100% Remote)
Summary
ClearCaptions is an FCC-certified telephone captioning provider focused on improving communication for seniors and people who are hard-of-hearing. The Marketing Coordinator supports day-to-day execution of marketing programs and campaigns by keeping projects organized, coordinating stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of creative assets. The role helps maintain smooth operational workflows across online and offline marketing channels in a fully remote environment.
What you'll do
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and task assignments for marketing campaigns across online/offline channels and cross-functional teams.
- Track milestones, flag risks, and ensure campaign materials and creative assets are delivered on schedule.
- Maintain campaign calendars, status sheets, and marketing team documentation.
- Support creation of project briefs and collaborate on asset production.
- Manage asset organization (naming conventions, versioning) and ensure brand compliance.
- Assist with reviewing creative/content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Collaborate on strategy discussions across copywriting, design, and development; support proofreading, production of marketing materials, and UAT support.
- Coordinate product photo shoots, video production needs, and other content creation efforts.
- Distribute updated marketing materials to internal teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Experience, Product).
- Work with Marketing leadership, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Legal to support ongoing projects and alignment.
- Attend meetings and prepare agendas, recaps, and follow-up notes; socialize updates and share key information with stakeholders.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of marketing coordination, project support, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision; self-starter with strong time management.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and collaboration/productivity tools (Microsoft 365/Office Suite, Salesforce, SharePoint, Figma).
- Familiarity with creative workflows, brand guidelines, and basic marketing analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented, results-driven environment; maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Proficiency with modern virtual communication tools (e.g., MS Teams).
- Must be authorized to work in the US; no current or future visa sponsorship available.
Conditions
Work arrangement: 100% remote (work from home).
Schedule: Flexible hours may be required.
Travel: Up to 5% travel, including some overnight travel.
Pay type: Hourly; $22–$27 per hour (based on market analysis, internal equity, and candidate qualifications).
