Summary
LinkedIn Marketing Solutions is hiring a Sr. Solutions Marketing Manager to lead video solutions marketing and influence customer perception and adoption through compelling positioning and go-to-market execution.
This role partners with Product, Sales, Marketing, PR, and agencies to deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns, narratives, and marquee event programming for priority product stories.
What you'll do
Lead the strategic build and execution of end-to-end GTM and multi-channel marketing campaigns for highest priority product solutions.
Develop on-brand messaging and positioning to support outbound communication across events, digital campaigns, thought leadership, PR, and content marketing.
Create foundational narratives and solution-level playbooks that simplify the product suite into consolidated frameworks tied to customer outcomes.
Partner with executive leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and production agencies to produce tentpole event keynotes and activations (including NewFronts and Cannes).
Partner with research and PM/PMM teams to run customer research and use insights/data to articulate value and reasons-to-believe.
Collaborate with Sales on field enablement needs, including competitive narratives and 1-to-many sales content.
Serve as the voice and strategic guide for cross-functional and cross-marketing activations involving priority product stories.
Create programming and keynotes for marquee events to further product messaging with key audiences.
Requirements
7+ years total work experience.
5+ years in Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Content Marketing, or similar experience building multi-channel campaigns to launch products and product stories.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Deep understanding of media and advertising; strong experience working in ad tech (preferred).
Proven ability to develop business cases and create effective go-to-market strategies (preferred).
Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills across product, marketing, sales, insights, and agencies.
Strong analytical skills using diverse data sources (platform analytics, research findings, customer interviews) to derive insights and craft narratives.
Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation skills, and executive presence.
Experience in complex, matrixed organizations; comfort with ambiguity; ability to manage multiple competing priorities and tight timelines.
Experience working with external agencies for creative development (preferred).
Conditions
Hybrid work model (mix of home and LinkedIn office on select days based on business needs).
Role can be based in San Francisco, Mountain View, or NYC.
