Coordinator, Sales Development

Summary

LVMH Fragrance Brands (Parfums Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums) is hiring a Sales Development Coordinator to support the North America Sales Development organization. The role focuses on forecasting, inventory and allocation support, and delivering detailed sales reporting to drive productivity and results.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and communicate weekly retail sales reporting, tracking performance versus targets and providing executive-level summaries.
  • Reconcile monthly reports with actual results and upload non-EDI retail sales into the PowerBI database.
  • Run and analyze Gift Set Sell Thru reports during KCPs for the US and Canada and produce tiered door selling analysis (Cluster Report).
  • Set up monthly forecast templates for new product launches and manage/maintain the newness calendar (including prior-year actuals for comparison).
  • Communicate bi-weekly inventory status with commentary on key out-of-stocks; manage and distribute seasonal order forms.
  • Create seasonal/new launch allocation templates; monitor daily quota issues in partnership with Customer Management and Key Account Managers.
  • Reconcile shipments versus allocations for launches and POSM; track inventory receipts versus ship dates.
  • Support strategic allocation of POSM and tools; create orders to send tools to the field as needed.
  • Assist with distribution updates by setting up new doors, assigning door attributes in Anaplan, and noting door closures.
  • Provide account support including independents’ order entry and account management.
  • Attend monthly operations meetings to coordinate programs, help problem-solve issues, and provide follow-up.
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations, including monthly business reviews and key learnings/opportunities.
  • Partner with IT as a point of contact to update and optimize reporting systems/tools and complete ad hoc/special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, and/or sales administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-facing communication.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.
  • Team player able to work effectively with internal and external partners at all levels.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter work ethic and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
