Summary
Ogilvy (part of WPP) is a global creative agency network delivering culture-changing ideas and integrated brand solutions. The Content Creator (Copy) will join the social creative team to concept social-first ideas and create best-in-class content for major client programs and integrated campaigns.
What you'll do
Develop and present social creative concepts for clients and new business.
Attend shoots and events to capture content.
Collaborate with art directors and designers to align copy tone with visual style and brand guidelines.
Write, shoot, edit, and produce multi-channel social content.
Translate creative briefs and messaging points into engaging concepts aligned to business objectives and target audiences.
Proofread and vet copy for tone, grammar, and message consistency prior to publishing.
Track cultural trends and industry updates; proactively propose timely, relevant ideas.
Ideate independently and with the team to drive long-term engagement and audience growth.
Identify repost-worthy UGC, secure permissions, and re-edit audio tracks when needed.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in social copywriting and content creation.
Ability to write compelling, audience-tailored copy and flex tone of voice across brands and verticals.
Strong strategic and conceptual thinking; able to go from high-level ideas to asset creation.
Deep understanding of social platforms, mechanics, and best practices; strong trend judgment.
Hands-on maker mentality; able to lead scrappy content creation and work with full production crews.
Confidence presenting and selling concepts to internal teams, senior leaders, and clients.
Self-starter with a positive attitude; able to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities.
Passion for learning and self-improvement.
True passion for the food & beverage vertical.
Conditions
Work may take place on-location at shoots/events and in various settings (e.g., office or apartment) depending on production needs.
