Sales Operations Associate
Summary
FIJI Water (part of The Wonderful Company) is hiring a Sales Operations Associate to support the sales organization with insights, reporting, and operational execution. The role partners closely with Retail and On-Premise account owners to manage promotions, customer requirements, and financial/deduction workflows to help accounts run smoothly and accurately.
What you'll do
- Manage the full lifecycle of promotional plans within the trade promotion management (TPM) system, including entry, rework/edits, and status updates.
- Hold regular status and activity calls with Sales Account Executives.
- Validate volume forecast adjustments and address pricing discrepancies.
- Resolve deductions and invoices; investigate customer deductions and resolve short/outstanding customer payments.
- Manage customer portal requirements, including portal entry and deal management.
- Complete and submit sales administration forms (e.g., new item forms, cost change forms) and manage promotional contracts.
- Create and communicate promotional sell sheets.
- Maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assigned regions and customers.
- Partner with Sales, FP&A, and Accounting to support, train on, and optimize the TPM platform.
- Oversee promotional spending activity by coordinating with internal and external parties.
- Support Sales Account Executives with key account updates and strategic changes during sales planning meetings.
- Maintain organized archives and supporting documentation in shared drives and customer portals.
- Identify sales administration implications from changing business conditions and execute tactical solutions quickly.
- Attend up to 5 sales/team meetings per year (minimal overnight travel).
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales operations or account management (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability; inquisitive and creative thinker.
- Ability to collaborate within a team and work independently with strong time management and organization.
- Experience with DemandTec (plus).
- Experience with VIP/iDig (plus).

Conditions
Compensation: $28–31/hour plus potential discretionary bonus (final pay depends on skills and experience).
