Summary
Bath & Body Works is seeking a Specialist, Influencer Compliance and Operations to support the development and execution of influencer and partnership initiatives. The role connects legal and regulatory policy with day-to-day marketing execution to ensure compliant, effective omni-channel campaigns. This position helps build agency and talent relationships while increasing brand reach, awareness, and cultural relevance.
What you'll do
- Act as a point of contact for Legal and Regulatory to support influencer contract specifications and content requirements, mitigating business risk.
- Track and monitor paid influencer, creator, UGC, and “surprise and delight” content to ensure ongoing compliance with FTC guidelines.
- Own and execute the bi-annual Legal Compliance Audit.
- Oversee orchestration of omni-channel campaign integration.
- Partner with Creative Services and Integrated Marketing to manage omni content distribution and usage management.
- Support vendor setup in APEX.
- Support finance/accounting submissions to enable vendor payment.
- Support the Duel Advocacy program workstream in partnership with the Loyalty team.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of marketing experience (in-house or agency) with focus on marketing, social, or influencer strategy.
- Preferred experience in beauty, consumer goods, fashion, or retail industries.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; ability to brief senior leaders and build relationships with internal/external partners, talent, and agencies.
- Highly organized with ability to multitask, project manage, and self-start in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills, including presentation development and visual storytelling.
- Critical, curious, strategic, and innovative thinking; ability to adapt course to achieve results.
- Results-oriented; ownership mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of influencer management/analytics tools (e.g., Klear, Meltwater).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
