Content Creator (REMOTE)

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a remote Content Creator to concept, shoot, and produce social-first video and still content that supports brand standards and current social trends. The role focuses on creating and optimizing content for engagement and SEO, while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to execute creative campaigns.

• Assist in concepting, shooting, and producing creative content (video and stills) for various social media platforms
• Ensure assigned projects meet brand standards and align with social trends
• Apply graphic design best practices to social-specific content
• Build photoshoot plans and attend photoshoots and events to capture content
• Edit and enhance existing content to improve engagement and SEO performance
• Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Media, and Creative to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns
• Work with external creative agencies to shoot and/or edit content
• Partner with paid media specialists/strategists on platform best practices
• Research trends, opportunities, and popular editing/filming styles; incorporate into content strategies
• Serve as a creative resource for teammates by providing guidance and inspiration
• Educate creative and social teams on new ways of shooting and editing content

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere
• Experience with CapCut and platform-native editing suites for TikTok and Instagram
• Ability to capture and edit content using an iPhone
• Portfolio required for review
• Strong eye for design and strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with efficient work procedures and proactive approach
• Understanding of major social channels including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and Pinterest
• Strong communication for problem solving and collaboration
• Ability to travel to events and photoshoots
