Sales Operations Specialist
Summary
Tito's Handmade Vodka, based in Austin, Texas, is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support order flow and customer service at the center of its global organization. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Operations, Logistics, and external customers to ensure accurate order execution, inventory coordination, and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Serve as a subject matter expert on end-to-end order flow across ERP transactions, departments, and stakeholders.
- Enter, update, and maintain orders, inventory records, and distribution center information accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams on order tracking, adjustments, and issue resolution; ensure timely ERP updates and analysis.
- Analyze ERP transactions to support execution; resolve issues independently or escalate as needed.
- Identify weaknesses in ERP/order transactions and proactively address gaps in processes.
- Work within customer portals to secure sales orders and implement them into the ERP system.
- Coordinate order fulfillment with customers, freight forwarders, and internal shipping teams.
- Review inventory against sales forecasts to support replenishment timing and escalate global warehouse needs.
- Monitor customer portals for inventory levels and compliance with customer requirements.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements for U.S. and international trade.
- Secure required certificates for international trade from government entities.
- Review and provide compliance documentation in collaboration with internal departments and Legal.
- Maintain and establish ERP and departmental processes and supporting documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
2-5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or business analytics.
Proficiency with ERP systems.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Ability to communicate clearly and precisely in written, verbal, and presentation formats with customers and key stakeholders.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to lead by example.
Familiarity with international trade.
