Creative Strategist

Summary

Nori, Inc. is a clothing care brand reinventing how consumers care for their wardrobes, known for the Nori Press and an expanding product ecosystem. The Creative Strategist will scale Nori’s paid creative engine by developing Meta-native, performance-driven ads that grow revenue and customer acquisition. This role blends high-velocity paid creative strategy and production with cross-functional collaboration and some broader design support.

What you'll do

  • Own strategy, execution, and performance of paid creative on Meta and build a scalable, repeatable creative engine.
  • Concept, script, and produce high-converting static and video ad creative (e.g., UGC-style, founder-led, testimonial, product-focused, problem/solution).
  • Run a high-velocity testing pipeline by launching 20+ new creative concepts/iterations per week across structured angles and hooks.
  • Analyze creative performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, CPM) and turn results into clear next-step testing hypotheses.
  • Monitor platform trends and competitor creative to identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a creative testing library documenting angles, hooks, learnings, insights, and iteration paths.
  • Partner with the CEO and Media Buyer to concept and launch new ad iterations weekly based on performance data.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Organic Strategy to translate top organic formats into scalable paid ads.
  • Support broader graphic design needs as required (website assets and landing pages, email campaigns and flows, product packaging and inserts).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in paid social creative strategy (preferably at a performance marketing agency or DTC brand).
  • Proven ability to produce high-volume, high-performing Meta creative (20+ new concepts/iterations per week).
  • Deep understanding of Meta creative best practices, platform nuances, and performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CPM, hook rate, etc.).
  • Ability to concept and execute static and video ads across multiple formats (UGC, founder-led, testimonial, product demo, problem/solution).
  • Experience working within a structured creative testing framework (angles, hooks, iterations, creative sprints).
  • Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable creative hypotheses.
  • Hands-on production proficiency with tools such as CapCut, Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage a fast-paced, high-output creative calendar.
  • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with founders, media buyers, and organic teams to drive performance outcomes.
