Summary
The New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans are seeking a Partnership Marketing Associate as part of their 10-month Associate Program, supporting the business side of sports across both NFL and NBA seasons. This paid, full-time role supports the Corporate Partnerships team with partner activations, communications, and operational coordination to strengthen relationships and deliver successful programs.
What you'll do
- Assist the Corporate Partnerships department with day-to-day tasks and support multiple projects as needed
- Coordinate logistics for programs, events, and activations for corporate partners across Saints and Pelicans
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, and internal/external communications
- Participate in team meetings and cross-functional initiatives
- Maintain documentation, track progress, and update relevant systems
- Support relationship-building with partners, stakeholders, and community contacts
- Provide ideas and feedback to improve processes and workflows
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Business, or related) or equivalent experience
- Internship, volunteer, or part-time experience in a related functional area (e.g., marketing, operations, community engagement) is a plus
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or relevant software
- Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset; proactive and adaptable
- Strong teamwork and collaboration; values diverse perspectives; high integrity
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Conditions
- Full-time, hourly, non-exempt
- 10-month paid Associate Program running June 4, 2026 through April 16, 2027
- Work location: Metairie, LA (New Orleans area); must live in or be willing to relocate to New Orleans or surrounding areas
- Flexibility required to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on NFL/NBA game schedules
