Partnership Marketing Associate

The New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans are seeking a Partnership Marketing Associate as part of their 10-month Associate Program, supporting the business side of sports across both NFL and NBA seasons. This paid, full-time role supports the Corporate Partnerships team with partner activations, communications, and operational coordination to strengthen relationships and deliver successful programs.

• Assist the Corporate Partnerships department with day-to-day tasks and support multiple projects as needed
• Coordinate logistics for programs, events, and activations for corporate partners across Saints and Pelicans
• Support preparation of reports, presentations, and internal/external communications
• Participate in team meetings and cross-functional initiatives
• Maintain documentation, track progress, and update relevant systems
• Support relationship-building with partners, stakeholders, and community contacts
• Provide ideas and feedback to improve processes and workflows
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Business, or related) or equivalent experience
• Internship, volunteer, or part-time experience in a related functional area (e.g., marketing, operations, community engagement) is a plus
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or relevant software
• Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset; proactive and adaptable
• Strong teamwork and collaboration; values diverse perspectives; high integrity
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

• Full-time, hourly, non-exempt
• 10-month paid Associate Program running June 4, 2026 through April 16, 2027
• Work location: Metairie, LA (New Orleans area); must live in or be willing to relocate to New Orleans or surrounding areas
• Flexibility required to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on NFL/NBA game schedules
