Marketing Assistant

The Noli Shop is a boutique women’s apparel e-commerce brand founded in 2015 and based in the Miami, Florida area. The Marketing Assistant supports day-to-day marketing operations, customer engagement, sales initiatives, and e-commerce strategy to help execute brand marketing and promotional activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Aventura, Florida.

• Assist in supporting and executing seasonal marketing needs, including briefing, routing, and tracking of creative assets and strategy
• Partner with internal and external teams (PR/Influencer & Social, Design, Production, Marketing) to ensure alignment and execution
• Attend team meetings and provide follow-up documentation, action items, and status updates
• Maintain marketing materials and timelines, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely delivery of assets for special projects
• Assist with photoshoot organization, coordination, and planning
• Support monthly marketing briefs and go-to-market planning, including documentation and distribution
• Support special projects related to collaborations or brand campaigns
• Provide support for marketing operations on select projects as needed
• Bring a positive, solutions-oriented mindset to challenges

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or marketing operations (education and experience combination considered)
• Strong organizational, strategic, and project management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools
• Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer brands preferred
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software (plus)
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Ability to work in-person, full-time at the Aventura, FL office
