Social Media Manager

Pearpop is a growth-stage creative partner helping brands harness creators through strategy, curation, and media amplification. The Social Media Manager will develop and lead organic social strategy and performance, building Pearpop’s characters and campaigns into culturally relevant, high-impact social presences.

• Manage organic and paid social pre- and post-production for video and static assets, including scripting, shooting, and editing.
• Lead content strategy, community management, and content delivery across all social platforms.
• Monitor analytics and report on performance for both organic and paid social media.
• Lead social media integration for broader marketing campaigns.
• Assist live and video producers during content shoots.
• Monitor and rapidly execute relevant social trends aligned with brand/campaign messaging.
• Write and edit marketing copy for product tags, social posts, ads, and campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Journalism, Communications) or related discipline.
• 2+ years of social media management experience.
• Strong knowledge of best practices for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Proven ability to grow and retain social audiences and develop strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
• Experience shooting organic social media videos; editing experience is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, display advertising, email marketing, and paid social marketing (plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Hybrid role based at Pearpop headquarters in Los Angeles, 3 days per week.

• Compensation includes base salary ($70,000–$100,000), bonus, equity, and benefits.
