Coordinator, Social + Influencer

Summary

ILIA Beauty, a clean beauty brand headquartered in Laguna Beach, CA, is seeking a Coordinator for Social + Influencer to join their Los Angeles-based team. This hybrid role focuses on managing influencer seeding campaigns, social media scheduling, and content coordination while supporting brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.

What you'll do

Manage influencer product inventory; source creators for campaigns; coordinate monthly seeding campaigns; maintain influencer product closet inventory; coordinate product shipments with Operations; monitor and forecast product usage; track content from creators; schedule weekly posts across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook; create social assets with design tools; capture and edit content; maintain content library organization; manage assets for organic, paid and retail; provide weekly trend and monthly competitive reporting.

Requirements

1 year marketing experience or internship; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools; familiarity with influencer marketing and/or beauty industry; thorough knowledge of TikTok trends, sounds, and hashtags; entrepreneurial spirit; understanding of ILIA's aesthetic; undergraduate students accepted.

Conditions
