Client Account Manager, Global Strategic Accounts (Media & Entertainment)
Summary
Reddit, Inc. is hiring a Client Account Manager for the Media & Entertainment vertical within Global Strategic Accounts. The role supports major global advertising partners end-to-end by executing and optimizing campaigns and helping clients achieve marketing objectives on the Reddit platform.
What you'll do
Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed client marketing goals.
Manage and deepen relationships with agencies and global clients to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
Lead campaign launches end-to-end, providing optimization recommendations to partners.
Run global account operations including revenue delivery, multi-market optimizations, troubleshooting, and structured upsell.
Serve as primary internal point of contact for account operations, escalating issues as needed.
Educate brands and agencies on Reddit’s value proposition and advertising best practices.
Consult on awareness and direct response objectives and contribute to creative, thoughtful media plans.
Partner with Ad Ops to ensure campaign delivery and resolve technical hurdles.
Analyze performance data, insights, and market trends to produce KPI-driven recommendations.
Represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders proactively.
Requirements
5–7+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
Preferred: experience with enterprise Entertainment clients.
Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
Ability to analyze data and evaluate identifiable factors across diverse problem scopes.
Tenacious, entrepreneurial approach to product, process, and client challenges.
Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
Preferred: proficiency in Excel.
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Conditions
Location requirement: must be based in New York City or Los Angeles.
Compensation: base salary range $105,000–$147,000 USD annually, plus eligibility for equity (RSUs) and commission.
