Marketing & Events Coordinator

Summary

Fetch is hiring a Marketing & Events Coordinator to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing events that support demand generation and measurable pipeline and revenue impact. The role partners with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality events while ensuring strong operational discipline, accurate CRM tracking, and detailed performance reporting.

What you'll do

  • Plan and execute marketing events end-to-end (trade shows, conferences, executive events, promotional gatherings) aligned to brand strategy and defined revenue, pipeline, and engagement goals.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to define event objectives, target audiences, pre-event outreach, and onsite activation plans for business development and account executive teams.

  • Manage event budgets and timelines; keep spend within approved limits and track cost per lead and performance versus goals.

  • Coordinate event logistics including venue selection, catering, A/V, and transportation using standardized processes and playbooks.

  • Develop promotional materials and event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement, including email campaigns, nurture sequences, and cross-channel communications.

  • Travel occasionally for onsite event management, oversee operations, troubleshoot issues, and support sales teams with lead capture and relationship building.

  • Run post-event evaluations and reporting; update Salesforce and HubSpot, ensure lead attribution and data hygiene, and deliver recaps with learnings and next steps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in event planning or marketing coordination with a portfolio of successful events.

  • Excellent organizational skills, strong project management capability, and high attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot Marketing Hub.

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative event concepts and solutions.
