Junior Sales Manager
Summary
Campusboard is a UK-based student accommodation platform operating across the UK, Europe, and Australia. The Junior Sales Manager role is an inbound, performance-driven position focused on converting student enquiries into confirmed bookings through high-volume lead management and structured follow-up.
What you'll do
- Manage incoming student enquiries and turn interest into confirmed bookings
- Handle high-volume inbound leads via chat and occasional calls (30-50 active conversations per day)
- Qualify students and understand their accommodation needs quickly
- Shortlist suitable accommodation options for each student
- Execute consistent follow-up with minimum 3 attempts before closing a lead
- Update CRM accurately and consistently with all interactions
- Coordinate with property partners to ensure smooth bookings
- Drive revenue through structured follow-up and guidance
Requirements
- Fluent English at C1 level (written and spoken)
- Fast typing speed
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- High personal accountability and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Comfort working with targets and measurable KPIs
- Proactive mindset without requiring micromanagement
- Advantages: Experience in sales, customer service, booking, or administrative tasks; familiarity with CRM systems; commercial mindset; experience with international clients
Conditions
Schedule: Full-time, 9 AM - 6 PM UK time, 5 days a week with coverage of one weekend day preferred
Location: Fully remote (Europe-based)
Benefits & Perks: Base salary 600 EUR plus commission of 2-10% based on monthly revenue (realistic monthly earnings 800-1,200+ EUR with uncapped commission); transparent compensation; international exposure across UK, EU, US, and Australia markets; clear performance expectations; reasonable number of paid sick days; growth path to Senior Sales Manager based on results
