Marketing Coordinator (100% Remote)
Summary
ClearCaptions (promoted via Lensa) provides near real-time phone captioning technology to help seniors and hard-of-hearing individuals stay connected. The Marketing Coordinator supports day-to-day execution of marketing programs and operational processes to keep campaigns organized and delivered on time. The role ensures smooth coordination of creative assets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced remote environment.
What you'll do
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and task assignments for marketing campaigns across online/offline channels and cross-functional teams.
- Track milestones, flag risks, and ensure campaign materials and creative assets are delivered on schedule.
- Maintain campaign calendars, status sheets, and team documentation.
- Support development of project briefs and coordinate asset production with internal teams and partners.
- Manage file organization, naming conventions, version control, and brand compliance for marketing assets.
- Review creative/content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Facilitate collaboration on strategy, copywriting, design, and development; provide proofreading and production support as needed.
- Support UAT activities to help ensure brand consistency and quality prior to launch.
- Coordinate product photo shoots, video production, and other content creation efforts.
- Distribute updated marketing materials to internal teams such as Sales, Customer Experience, and Product.
- Work closely with Marketing leadership, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Legal to support ongoing projects.
- Attend meetings and prepare agendas, recaps, and follow-up notes; share updates to keep stakeholders aligned.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of marketing coordination, project support, or administrative experience preferred.
Skills: Strong organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Tools: Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) and tools such as Microsoft 365/Office, Salesforce, SharePoint, Figma; proficiency with modern virtual communication tools (e.g., MS Teams).
Marketing knowledge: Familiarity with creative workflows, brand guidelines, and basic marketing analytics.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Work style: Self-starter, strong time management, collaborative, able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion.
Eligibility: Authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
Conditions
Work arrangement: 100% remote (work from home).
Pay: $22–$27/hour (hourly; determined by market analysis and internal equity; varies by qualifications/experience).
Hours: Willingness to work flexible hours.
Travel: Up to 5% travel, including some overnight travel.
