Summary
7x7.partners seeks a Finance & Compliance Manager for an international fintech project operating in crypto-fiat exchange (B2C) based in Warsaw. The role strengthens financial and compliance operations for an EU-regulated entity preparing for MiCA alignment.
What you'll do
- Control transaction flow (C2B) and monitor payment operations
- Communicate with banks, EMI, and PSP partners
- Onboard new payment solutions
- Manage AML/KYC control procedures
- Analyze unusual transactions (EDD/Source of Funds)
- Prepare responses to bank inquiries
Requirements
- Experience in finance, fintech, or payment systems
- Understanding of SEPA and SWIFT protocols
- Basic knowledge of AML/KYC procedures
- Strong analytical mindset
- English B1-B2 proficiency
- Nice to have: Transaction monitoring experience and bank/payment provider communication experience
