Coordinator, Partnership Marketing

The Chicago Bulls are hiring a Coordinator, Partnership Marketing to support corporate partnership activation and ongoing partner relationships.

This role focuses on operational systems, tracking partnership activities in CRM, and executing game day, concert, and event-related deliverables to drive partner service, activation, and retention.

• Assist with activation and execution for multiple corporate partnership accounts.
• Support game day and concert operations, including ticket distribution, credentials, and parking requests.
• Manage department merchandise and maintain inventory records.
• Track partner touchpoints, marketing activities, and events within a CRM.
• Oversee partner trafficking processes (e.g., gameday LED sheets, Bulls.com banner ads, virtual signage with CHSN, hospitality activation tracking).
• Organize activation photos and group player rights photos throughout the season.
• Assist with partner gifting touchpoints (e.g., monthly birthday basketball program).
• Interact with corporate partners and key business stakeholders at games and events.
• Support the Partnerships team with game day hospitality experiences and corporate events.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 1–2 years of full-time, relevant work experience (preferred).

• Ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.

• Consultative, team-first mindset; creative but efficient working style.

• Self-directed, proactive, able to operate with limited direction; agile and flexible based on feedback.

• Preferred: Knowledge of CRM systems such as KORE / KORE Activate.

• Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational efficiency skills.

• Compensation: $48,000–$50,000 annually plus structured bonus and overtime pay.

• Workplace flexibility provided; full-time remote work is not an option.

• Must be located in or willing to move to the Chicagoland area.

• Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends as needed.
