Marketing Coordinator (100% Remote)
Summary
ClearCaptions is an FCC-certified telephone captioning provider focused on improving communication for seniors and people who are hard-of-hearing. The Marketing Coordinator supports day-to-day execution of marketing programs by keeping projects organized, coordinating assets and vendors, and ensuring timely delivery across teams and channels.
What you'll do
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and task assignments for marketing campaigns across online/offline channels and cross-functional teams.
- Track milestones, flag risks, and ensure creative and campaign materials are delivered on schedule.
- Maintain campaign calendars, status sheets, and team documentation.
- Support creation of project briefs and coordinate asset production with internal teams and partners.
- Manage file organization, naming conventions, version control, and brand compliance for marketing assets.
- Review creative/content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Facilitate collaboration on strategy, copywriting, design, and development; assist with proofreading, production, and UAT support.
- Coordinate product photo shoots, video production, and other content creation needs.
- Distribute updated materials to internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Customer Experience, Product).
- Work with Marketing leadership, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Legal on ongoing initiatives.
- Attend meetings and prepare agendas, recaps, and follow-up notes to ensure stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of marketing coordination, project support, or administrative experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and workplace tools (Microsoft 365/Office Suite); familiarity with Salesforce, SharePoint, and Figma.
Familiarity with creative workflows, brand guidelines, and basic marketing analytics.
Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; collaborative and self-directed.
Ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality.
Authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
Conditions
Location: 100% remote (work from home).
Pay: Hourly, $22–$27 per hour (final offer based on qualifications, experience, and business needs).
Schedule: Flexible hours may be required.
Travel: Up to 5% (may include overnight travel).
