BDR (Business Development Representative)

Headshot is seeking a BDR (Business Development Representative) focused on lead generation and client nurturing. The role involves identifying potential clients through cold outreach and transferring qualified leads to the BDM team. This position offers growth potential with transition opportunities to BDM within 6 months of strong performance.

• Cold outreach via LinkedIn, messengers, and other channels
• Daily active communication (20-30 messages per day)
• Work with lead generation tools
• Record, process, and structure incoming responses
• Transfer warmed-up and qualified leads to the BDM team
• Achieve KPI of 35 qualified leads per month

• Strong English (mandatory)
• Basic experience in lead generation, digital, or IT (preferred)
• Structured approach and ability to work with data
• High level of proactivity and initiative
• Ambition and growth mindset
• Ability to handle routine and repetitive tasks
• Strong teamwork skills, resilience, and patience
• Knowledge of Asian languages a plus (Bahasa, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Korean)
• Experience in international sales or sales funnels beneficial

• Remote position - candidates from Europe (including expats), Georgia, Armenia, and Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore) considered
• Compensation: Junior level from $1,500+; Middle level from $2,000+
