Summary

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., a pioneering craft brewery founded in 1980, seeks a Content Creator to develop high-quality video and static content for integrated marketing channels. This senior creative role is based in Chico and leads longform video production, advanced shoots, and brand storytelling across social and digital platforms.

What you'll do

Direct longform and midform content production from concept through final delivery including scripting and storyboarding. Shoot high-quality content using mirrorless cinema cameras and advanced equipment. Own post-production including editing, color grading, motion graphics, and sound mixing for various platforms. Review and edit raw footage from Associate Content Creator. Collaborate with Social Media Manager and Brand Guardian on creative direction. Lead integrated marketing campaign shoots and brewery story coverage. Manage production schedules and resource planning for multi-day shoots. Maintain organized content archive with proper metadata and licensing. Stay current with production trends and recommend new storytelling formats.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, film, or related field required. 4+ years as a content creator. 4+ years post-production experience producing final assets. Demonstrated experience in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments. Strong portfolio of lifestyle, product, and brand storytelling. Proficiency in photography and videography for social/digital channels. Experience optimizing content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn. Skilled in Mac environment with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premier), WorkFront. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Conditions
